They demoed my old shed and cleared out a bunch of leftover junk on day one, then came back the next day to build the new one. The whole thing was done in two days, and the quality is excellent—sturdy construction, clean design, and clearly high-end materials. Communication was solid throughout, and the crew was reliable and professional. It wasn’t the lowest price I came across, but the craftsmanship and ease of the process made it well worth it. Industry's Strongest Foundations

Building on-site allows us to provide the right foundation for your space and budget. Every shed sits on 2×6 joists spaced 16 inches on center with Advantech flooring included. You can upgrade to our 2×8 pressuretreated tongue-and-groove floor — more than twice the thickness of a typical shed floor — which can handle a lawn tractor or other heavy equipment that fits the space. The floor rests on solid concrete blocks, a stone base, or a slab, matched to your yard.

You can build on uneven terrain

By building on-site, we can ensure that the shed is perfectly level, square, and parallel or perpendicular to a fence or your home. If the site falls more than 12 inches across the shed footprint, we may use posts, additional blocks, or stone. See Our Solid Foundations for the options.

Fit in tight spaces

Building on-site allows you to squeeze the shed into difficult-to-reach areas. We call this “shed in a bottle.”

Save your lawn and leave your fence intact.

When a shed is delivered, it can leave tracks in your lawn, and you may have to take down fences and arbors to fit it into the chosen spot. Building on-site allows for the least amount of disruption to your property.
